BIG NEWS 🌿
We have a big announcement in honor of our planet: we’re only using sustainable fabrics from here on out. We’ve always focused on sustainable fabrics and eco-friendly processes, including:
🌿Ethical production
🌿Plastic-free shipping
🌿Recycled/recyclable/compostable hangtags and packaging
🌿USA-made fabric when possible.
🌿Sustainable fabric when possible.
However, the lockdown gave us a chance to slow down and think about what’s really important, what kind of legacy we want to leave, and what systems we want to support to make the world a better place.
Going forward, we’ll ONLY be using sustainable fabrics and deadstock fabric. Period. This is going to be a big shift, but we know it’s the right move.
What does this mean for now? The biggest change is that we’re (insert sobbing) discontinuing all velvet styles (insert ugly crying). We LOVE our velvet bells and jumpsuits. LOVE. But for the sake of our Earth, we’re letting them go until we can develop an organic cotton velour replacement. Until then, if you’ve had your eye on any of our velvet pieces, now is the time to move!
